Sound bar issues - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I bought a soud bar at bradlows ermelo ID number 851196038085 Simphiwe Morale, after two months the subwoofer wasn't playing I took it back the said they will check it took almost 6 months the gave me another one which is different from the one I bought but less in price and it's was not wireless like the one I bought, I'm not happy at all, I called the manager told her I'm I want the one I was charged for I'm sending back this one they gave me please can you attend to the issue.
