Rude cashier - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

(ESikhawini plaza Pep 6420 sheffield bea) I asked for cash back and she told me to buy with R30 since I was buying for only 10, i did exactly what she told me to do. But then i kindly asked her to make R10 vodacom and 20 cell c before i make my payment she told me she can't change that, i asked her how coz i have not yet paid so it shouldn't be a problem? From there she said i must go somewhere else coz she can't help me. I then moved to another cashier she told me me she don't have the amount of money im asking for (R400). They gathered and loughed at me as if im a fool. I kindly asked them why are they so rude coz it's still in the morning the cashier told me that its "non of my business", i have never been so embarrassed in front of the customers in my life. They didn't even have name tags on them.

I suggest pep need to keep their promises, you can't promise us good service and friendly staff but in return we get this.its a shame.
