bad service - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

hi i have a problem with Zama Gumede from Pep Dubevillage mall in Durban,every time when she is serving customer its always about her not the customer and its not the first time she is doing this her attitude its total out from customer service even her language she is using to us as customer its unacceptable
