I'm very disappointed by the way you working you introduced Voda bucks after discontinuing talking points we enjoyed Voda bucks while we were still enjoying Vodacom Voda bucks you sent me an msg saying the promotion has come to an end but you are still cooking up something new to rewards us as loyal customers and my Voda bucks are safe i shouldn't worry about them you going to introduce something on the first on August pity you came up with something on the 30th of July 2020 amuse by my Voda bucks i had 3170 Voda bucks when you introduced your scam my voda bucks are now 317 what's happening with my Voda bucks the fact that you decided without involving us as customers to change from awarding voda bucks per R1 to R10 doesn't allow you to changes what i owne you should start from the 30th what we had before the new rewards should remain as you kept our Vodacom loyalty points this is fraud I'm very disappointed you make empty promises how on earth you say something is safe when you are the one stilling from me

I need my voda bucks back

I didn't ask you to change or agree to any of your malicious content I'm deeply hurt by your actions
