CHEATING PEOPLES FOR MONEY - Consumer Complaint for Vijay Documents Clearance SPC

I submit my CPR for renew and give 20 Bahrain dinar to Mr VIJAYAN PH:33247450 now 5 months finish till now he did n't give my CPR and not returning even my money when I call he making busy his phone...they are cheating all people's.
