Good not delivered after payment - Consumer Complaint for First Electronics

After discussing with a sales representative (as he claimed to be) on the price, I was asked to choose the product (digital camera) on the website (www.firstelectronics.co.za) and submit my order which I did. After that, I got a mail from them (payme***@firstelectronics.co.za) about the details of my order and the account to pay to.
Then I transferred (EFT) the money (R6,900) to the account and forwarded the proof of payment to them. All this happened on Friday 15th February 2019.

On Monday this week, 18th February 2019 I received a mail from them (ad***@firstelectroonics.co.za) confirming the receipt of my payment and they promised that they will get the camera within 24-48 hours.

Today is Thursday 21st February 2019 (4 days after confirmation of payment), I am yet to receive the good.

The scary part of it is that all their phone numbers are not responding again (both the sales rep's direct line and Whatsapp and the office line). None of them has been responding since yesterday afternoon.

That is my experience with First Electronics so far.
