Its almost 2 years and I have not received the lump sum of my pension plan. They promised me that it will be release within 6 months to 1 year but sad to say its almost 2 years. My sister keeps on coming back to the branch in Cagayan de Oro and they keep on saying it is still in the accounting department in Manila. My son also have not receive the educational plan for 2 semester now. I want to make it sure that it will be release before i comes home to Philippines. Waiting for a prompt action in this matter.

Comment Just following up again as for the past year I sent this complain no action was taken. My brother went last March 2021 and we called the main office and they promised to release it this May. It is already the end of May but no update yet.Hoping for your immediate action regarding this.
