Claim the FCA due on April, 2019 - Consumer Complaint for Eternal Plans Incorporated - Head Office

Last July 22, 2019 I have filed the FCA on my Policy #2KG01074591 life plan -ECP2. I have submitted my original copy of my Policy contract to Ms. Hanilyn Raz at Eternal -Cebu branch office and until now i have not received any communications regarding my claim. Its almost 2 yrs but no one answers my request , I have been made a follow-up last July 13,2020 and even called thru his celphone of Ms. Hanilyn Raz but nobody answer.Please help me for immediate response of my claim. Thank you & more power.
