I bought a queen size Restonic Comfort Zone bed on the 19/09/2020. Three weeks later the mattress collapsed. I went to the store to report and was promised a replacement. I had to run to and from the store because nothing was happening up until the 23/12/2020 when another mattress was delivered. It was hardly three weeks, same thing happened. One side of the mattress collapsed.
I went back to the store and was told the supplier will be emailed and notified, otherwise there is nothing more the company can do except for me to top up the money and be given another mattress. I told the stock clerk that I would rather have the deal cancelled and be refunded my money if that is how the company treats it's customers.
I am a first time buyer and I am very disgusted by the service I get from the store
