I bought a product at pep stores somerset mall on the 11 July 2020. I paid with my card and then their power in the store went out and came back on. I received the sms from my bank to say the purchase went off from my account. They made me pay again even though I said the payment went off from my account. The lady Sharonique said to me if I don't get my reversal within 24 hours I must come back with my receipt and so I did on the 12 July 2020. She said to me in the shop she needs a bank statement to assist me and not the receipt, I got so upset with her and she actually swore at me and said to me "YOU ARE FUCKING RUDE" I am so disgusted at how she treated me as a customer. I drew my statement and gave it to her, I am now awaiting my refund. Bad bad bad service!
