On the 6th of August 2020 at 17:15 my friend and I walked into a clicks in Margate the one at the Hibiscus Mall . As we were walking in we were told In a very rude manner that we should hurry up as they are closing soon . To our shock we looked at each other and carried on to ask for assistance from one of the ladies there , she assisted where she could then came a guy that works there and proceed to remind us that they don’t have time for this we need to hurry the hell up , we again in shock look at each other and not say a word to this man . As we’re looking through the hair colors a lady approaches us in a rude manner asking if we need assistance as they want to go home , we should hurry up . So at this point we’re boiling at this horrible service that we’re getting from this store . It seemed as if there was no manager in this store to reprimand this staff as they proceeded to shout at us as if we are not customers at this store , so I told the staff that I will report this incident because this isn’t on for retail , I’m in the retail business and I know how a customer is supposed to be treated , clearly that staff isn’t trained or they just do as they please in that store . Which is not on . I urge this to be taken with seriousness and with immediate attention.
