I had an accident in June 2019. I sustained an injury to my leg and head. After Dr. Chite examined me in hospital and decided that my wound could be stitched. Several hours later Dr. Chite decided it could not be stitched and called the assistance of a Cosmetic Surgeon. To this end the wound could have been stitched as a received a 2nd opinion from another Dr. When I was discharged from hospital, I use to have dizzy spells and feel light headed up to the point where I collapsed one day. I then tried to get an appointment with Dr Chite. Much to my dissatisfaction after several attempts I was told Dr. Chite is on leave and received no feedback. After several follows up's I managed to get a hold of DR. Chite and explained to him the severity of the head injury and what I have been experiencing. I saw DR. Chite for 3 minutes where he did not even check me, however there after I receive an invoice for R1000.00
I then receive a letter of demand for this payment where this doctor does not have the needs and care of the patient. I will not recommend Dr. Chite to anyone for this unprofessional care and service.
