Unhappy with the service - Consumer Complaint for MASTERCARE - HEAD OFFICE

MASTERCARE - HEAD OFFICEMy washing machine was taken in Dec 2020 to date it has not been fixed. I have made numerous calls even paid excess over and above my monthly premium and this is till not resolved and then get told we paid for the incorrect part and it is something else that needs to be repaired which we have to the pay the full cost for. The initial repair was misdiagnosed and now we have to pay for another repair part and not sure if this will work.
