Online scammers - Consumer Complaint for Vees Gadgets

Bought a R20000 item, plus R250 delivery fee. A month ago. Product never delivered, for some lame excuse, that it was sold to someone else, they offered a more expensive item, discouraged me on a refund. Trying to get me to give them more money for a other item. Thay failed to refund me, drop my calls, never reply to my emails.
