Returned telefunken home theater system to the store - Consumer Complaint for OK Furniture - Head Office

I bought a home theater arond 25July and it had some defects . The store manager agreed to exchange it for me but had no stock. I returned it back to the store for a refund and they told me its going to take some time to process the refund . Ok in cosmo city is now sitting with my money and the music sysyem
