Requirements never met - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

I sent 2 parcels on the 23 June 2020, my 1 bag was delivered to the wrong pep store, which iam unable to be helped redirect it to the correct pep choice, 2nd bag was never reported to me where it is , even now I can't trace it because i don't know what happened to it, I went to pep festival mall since 23june till now no 1 is interested of helping me trace back my parcels as I was told it was my mistake I must fix my own mess,
