Trellidor butterworth unable to fit my gate - Consumer Complaint for Trellidor

I paid a sum of R23500 to Trellidor Butterworth for them to fit a new gate at my house which is at no.22 Restom Avenue,Butterworth. I was told that they are going to come but whenever they have to come I must call them first and even when I call they have the story not to come.
When they managed to come they just fited a gate which is skew or not straight according to the slope of my place,and the small gate that they fitted was just blown by on Saturday and it fell.

Nobody cares when I report they always tell me that tomorrow they will come it has been 4 weeks now telling them the same story.
