Failed to get help - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

I'm Tshepiso,I wanted to send some goods from Katlehong to durban.pep cashiers in sontonga mall are just giving me lame excuses for the whole week,all they say is their stockroom is full.worst on Thursday I saw a truck picking stock then went there immediately for mine but still they give same excuse.its looks more like laziness and their attitudes is very bad,both pep n pep cell
