Bed - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I bought a bed from bradlows Tsakane mall on the 02/01/2020,during February I noticed the bed is soggy and noisy. I went to the shop to lodge a complain,my sister went during March. I Will like to inform you that I went there again today the manager told me straight that they won't help me. I will like to know what must I do. Should I accept that I bought an inferior product and move on with life? The bed that I bought is a sleepmaster
