Unreliable shop - Consumer Complaint for Dora Optique

I went to this shop a week ago in order to fix my glasses (small repairing). I already experienced this kind of trouble and in any shops the repairing is free of charge. Although, unexpectedly the manager told me that I would have to pay 5 000 LL if I wanted to fix my problem. When I said to the owner that I would stroll around before taking a decision, he told me not to come back to his shop if I decided to do so. I answered "I'm a consumer and it's my right to compare your service with other shops and even come back to your shop if I'm willing". He argued again (and probably he insulted me in Arabic) then I left. Please guys/girls, I advise you not to go to this shop, the service is crappy and the owner is a cheater and a filthy man (typically Lebanese).
