Valet parking - Consumer Complaint for Djej w Toum

On Sunday 4th March 2018 at around 6:30 pm Antelias branch , I was Placing an order on the cash register till for take away , as I seen my wife arguing with the valet parking guy, he was trying to enter my car to for reverse it which he has no right to enter the car as my wife and kid waiting me inside of it and the key with me while placing the order, this is unprofessional behavior from the management since he ddnt call me or ask before acting, and I complain to the cashier coz I ddnt see any manager but no action taken.
