I travelled with this airline in June and av being treated soo bad since then, for the claim ,upon that I was given false information traveling with my pet and cost me soo much to take my pet with me and then I was not able to travel with my pet and still got to Nigeria dint get one of my luggage till the 3rd day and both my luggages were totally crunched that is not reusable and still they asking me diffrent documents which I already provided so many times still I got declined fro not producing paper at the Murital airport I was only given a phone number to call and was advised to process the claim when I get back to the state still av being played like a ball which is soo ridiculous it was my 1st time travelled with this airline which will never or recommend to anyone the staffs were soo rude and nasty attitude
