Unable to login - Consumer Complaint for iBSmartify Nigeria (InksNation)

I have been unable to login in with my details for a while and I don't understand, it keeps on telling me password or username doesn't exist and it does cause it was saved to Google for instant login when I open the website, forget password isn't working either and I tried creating another account with the same username and it told me username has already been taking signifying that m account is real
