IMEI of cellphone and box does not match - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Good day
I have purchased a Huawai P30 Pro at Vodacom,Blue Route Mall,CapeTown. The IMEI number of the cell and the box do not match even though I was issued the cell in the store.I have issues now as my insurance did not want to approve the claim to fix the cell screen. The insurance was activated in store through Cellucity.I have been waiting for more than a month now for my cell to get sorted.I was promised by Ebrahim at Vodacom Blue Route that I will get my cell sorted by last Thursday.I was in store personally.I have been to the store a few times only to get misled each time with sweet words.I have also called in to the store and to the Repair Centre in Century City,Cape Town.I am still waiting to be contacted by Ebrahim.I have called a few times this week.I am appalled by this bad service.I pay for my cell and I trust Vodacom to give me good service,a cell that will be the best suited for my needs. Here I am in COVID with no cell,I cannot follow up with my
children's teachers,I am on standby for work. How can this be happening to me.
Please help.I want to take this story to the Newspapers soon.I am borrowing an old R200 cell at present.
Thanks
