I went back to the restaurant and asked for a slip as o thought they will put it in my plastic bag which they didn’t. I spoke to ‘Solomon’ and he was willing to help and started to look for it in the bin. As I was waiting his colleague came with so much attitude stated shouted at me in front of other customers and his colleagues saying it’s my problem that I didn’t ask for the slip. He was pointing his finger at me and when I asked for the manager Solomon said he is the manager but to my surprise he didn’t say anything when his colleague was insulting me and accusing me of taking pictures which I was not. I have never felt so humid and disrespected like that. That guy is arrogant, insensitive and knows nothing about customer service. I will not accept that kind of behavior and I want proof of consequence management accompanied by a sincere apology. I refuse to be bullied by incompetent selfish person who has no respect for customers
