ADT Head Office Complaints

I contacted adt and said i need to cancel my account as i am moving and the new owner will take over contract i done all paperwork as i should and mailed it back about 5 to 6 years ago maybe longer and now the last few months i keep getting calls from colections companies stating i owe almost R8000 so how is it my problem if they dont do their work as i will not pay it and i will not resend the paperworks as i dont have them any more so if they want their money they must contact the owner of that house now to get their money

Please cancel my account check your systems this thing has never worked. All attempts to cancel has failed.

adt failure to come to rescue day light robbery on 16 March 2020 and after 40 minutes when it came it failed to call the police also and they left the place without calling the police in irresposible manner which caused me harrasment after pressing panic button.

Till today no explanation given to me regarding their failure to arrive on time and also when I requested to cancel their services they did not allow to cancel also.
Remember we are bound to contract for good service and in case of failure to provide services.
When u don't come to rescue on time and when u don't call police and when u will leave me alone at scene of crime
