I have being using ADT since 2007 with no problem. From 2020 the services are very poor. We used to have a car allocated to our section now nothing you can even spend a week without seeing a patrol car. In December chrismatmas day my motor gate was stolen remember am paying for two electric fence and house alarms. I have beams. Even when an alarm rings and they call you and you indicate you need a security because you are not home. When coming back there is no signal to show that they did come to check what is the problem. Even when your home the security will not even make an effort to check you like those ones before like today 22/02/2021 I had an alarm and I was scared to go out due to the experiences I had of burglary. I was called I tried to go out and when trying to check if there is security and opened door the car just speedily drove off and didn't even want to talk to me as a customer. Is this what we are paying for or we must just call police as is free for all citizens of South africa and stop this security thing. My neighbor alarm ring last week as thiefs they tried to open the door no sign of security was shown. The door was opened for almost two days until I see that something is wrong if there was a patrol why can't this company see that this door was opened. I had to call her to come back from where is went to attend to it. I think we are being failed and we are being made to pay for this poor service. Who is going to pay for the items we lost. Who is going to pay us on our sleepless night as now we are your security guard. Thank you
