AMPATH LABORATORIES - Head Office Complaints

I sent a complaint in awhile ago but no reply.....

Test was done on allergy for food because of Hives in my mouth and body. Tests came back and it is only dust and cats. I phoned and complain but no assistance from your Pta branch. If I eat my tongue swells up and my face swell and get body swollen spots.My throut is swelling nowadays. Dust and cats cannot do that. I do not have cats and were tested for that 30+ years ago and know what that does. Dr said you will re test but no reply from you.
You sent me an account for nearly 4000 but I cannot pay that.
Please let me know what is going on.

I work in the somerset west area, and yesterday i saw one of the Ampath staff members (bike driver) driving in the pouring rain without any rain suit. I stopped beside the bike driver and noticed it is a female bike driver. I would like to know how Ampath can treat their staff this bad especially during the times we are in at the moment. They are front line workers, surely you should treat them better and look after them better. You should be ashamed of yourselves for treating your staff this way. You say you pride yourself in your company and the work it does, but it certainly does not show by the way you treat your staff.
