After numerous failed delivery promises my Spa Bath eventually arrived. It was inferior and unacceptable in quality and not working due to a missing part.
in terms of the National Consumer Commission I am entitled to a refund if the product is unacceptable. to cut a very long story short they have my money and I have a useless Spa in storage pending the outcome from the NCC. **BUYER BEWARE**
