CASHBUILD Complaints

We have paid R5000 into our account Cashbuild Rustenburg, to date the money is untraceable. We are busy with a project which had to be put on hold and we are even unsure to deposit more money in the account. All POP's have been send through and no response has been received.

Good evening, please assist me with how do I get my money back. Your policy regarding refund.
I bought toilet set cash unfortunately got another one as a gift. Why is it difficult to get my money back as I paid cash and got the slip for purchase.

I went to buy at R55 mall olievenhoutbosch and the product was not satisfactory so I requested a refund. It's been two weeks now and m still waiting
