Today 23/02/2021 boarded a Kikuyu bound bus KCW..at 7 pm.This is a bus I have used uncountable time and I am very familiar with the conductor.
I gave the conductor ksh. 1000.He gave me Ksh.20 and proceeded backwards.I assumed he does not have enough change so i relaxed .He went back and sat at his seat.
Nearing my destination ( UTHIRU).HE denied that I gave him 1000.We went all the way to Kikuyu where they dumped as they are going to park.

Today 18th May2020,I boarded a city shuttle bus number 095,at around 1550hrs from bus station headed for Joska Malaa route.
Nowardays we are charged 150 shillings from Joska to Nairobi and vice versa,instead of the usual 100,which is reasonable with the tough times being experienced.
Today to my surprise and other customers in the bus we were charged 200 shillings.
Are the fare hikes justified or its just a ploy of the crew to wrestle our already skinned pockets,hope I will get an answer,if not the message is home and noted.
