Virgilio Gonzenbach is hiding from us. He was suppose to return our money back from an apartment that we couldn’t purchase due to my health. He is using our money for his construction. The apartment we were going to purchase has been sold. He is not returning our emails nor our phone calls

My husband and I were going to buy an apartment but due to my health conditions I can’t leave the United States. They have been giving us the round around and the date it has been one (1) year and two (2) months since we have been trying to get our money back. They already sold the apartment and the owner Virgilio Gonzenbach is ignoring our emails and our phone calls. They are using our money to build other apartments
