I took your Expres loan and due to Covid, I was late by ten days. Ecobank listed me on CRB. I worked had and paid. Even after paying I have not been delisted. I have been toested by almost all the customer care executives, promising to escalate,solve and call back but nothing not even a call from almost ten of them only Jacinta called but still nothing was resolved.
I have spent about ksh.7,000 for transport, internet, airtime not adding the opportunity and time lost just because of a ksh2,700 loan. Due to the agony I have gone through I can not recommend,open an account or do any business with Ecobank in Kenya or abroad.
