I’m writing to tell you that I couldn't contact Ms.Lalida, Can you help me handle is engaged?

My name is Jantaya from DNA Sports company which my company is traded the Fifa merchandises with Ms.Lalida from Esol Soft Pte Ltd since June,2018 and until now we haven't received the payment. I sent the invoice to her many time but no response.
