Euro Caffe Bloemfontein Complaints

I just ordered an hour ago at euro cafe Bloemfontein restaurant and I received burnt food this has been happening the past week but today the food is not even edible, I contacted the restaurant about their food I was to to complain through you. It is just upsetting because I'm a regular customer
