Two of my parcels have reached Mauritius on 20 April and 04 May 2021 respectively.
For the parcel that reached on 20 April 2021, a payment has already been effected since 26th April 2021 and all necessary documents have been forwarded to Rennel. However Rennel never updates.
They always say on the phone that the officer concerned will call back but they never do.
Had I not called, they would have never told me a clearance is required from MSB and also mentioned that once the MSB clearance has been received it will take a day or two for the parcel to be released. It’s been 6 days that I submitted the clearance and they still don’t have an update to provide me.
I have to also mention that every necessary document requested was forwarded immediately and so was the payment.
It’s been more than a month now since the parcel has reached Mauritius and I still don't know whether the parcel will be delivered or not.
It's ironic that when a payment has to be raised, Rennel did it promptly but when it comes to the duties of contacting and updating your client, they just don't do it.

77195990052.Noone is able to give any update. Consignment reached on 16th Nov.One box out of 2 is missing.Despite several calls and emails no updates. I have to call daily and they keep taking my phone number and passing me from person to another.
