Fidelity Bank is holding my funds for over 75 days. I paid them the made up fees of over $4000. Few days later the bank said the deadline has passed and I couldn't get my $4000 back from bank and I should send my representative to another of Fidelity branch my representative went to the 2nd branch and she was told I need to pay another fee of $3000 for the 2nd branch I paid it after complaining $3000. The bank manager gets $1500 the accountant gets $600 and the protocol sender gets $900. Later next day that is today I was told the accountant is not releasing my funds because the bank manager did not pay him the $600 I sent for him.
In short I have no attention of paying any more bribes to get my funds. I am writing an email to the bank and USA embassy in Accra complaining about Fidelity bank and also filing a complaint with Ghana banking Commission. I don't think Fidelity bank should keep their license of operating as a bank in Ghana.
