Fish aways Complaints

I filled a complaint and no one contact me at all i like to get feedback please.i dont know to what do. The complaint was submitted almost 2 weeks ago.

We orderd food on friday .at 18.35 after n long time we ask for the food.they told us the fish was frozen.we went home and at few minutes before 8 i called them.they deliverd the food after 8.the food was squashed.i will attached the photos.

Every time we order from fish away vaalpark we have to to wait for more than a hour sometimes two to get your food delivered. It happened five times now and it is unacceptable. If we phone to complain the people are extremely rude and if we go to the shop to order they are all on the cellphones and they ignore you, till you demand service then you get an attitude in return. If this is how they are going to do business I will not support them and I will inform everyone to stay away.

Greeting on the 5 December 2019 I purchased meals from fishaways ladysmith at the square.. I purchase 3 by regular hake with rice, calamari strips and a med chips. The rice was extremely hard and was as if it was almost going bad.. The fish was extremely small, chips were soaked in oil and the calamari was not Cooked through.my daughter started complaining of a bad tummy after consuming a little. Unfortunately we were on our way to Durban so we could not return it back to the store. I would really appreciate that you act accordingly regarding this matter. Thank you
