We bought a refurbished forklift from Forklift Guys on 15 March 2019. On arrival there were various issues with the forklift that was reported to them. Within the first month we had to replace the alternator. Then on 20 July 2019 the engine died. We returned the forklift to Forklift Guys on 12 August 2019 and David, the owner, made accusations of misuse and said that he wanted the oil analysed. Thereafter we received a verbal quote of R25000 to fix the engine. When we asked why we had to pay and why it was not repaired under warranty, David wanted nothing more to do with us and told us to collect our forklift.
