G4S Security Services Kenya Ltd Complaints

Poor customer service and delivery.
I can't count on you deliverying in time.
You take more than 3days to deliver an item.
Very disappointed.

I was ambushed by G4S officers on Friday July 17th for allegedly parking my car in a non-designated spot in Karen. They came to my car with 2 who were in blue uniform carrying large guns.After taking my car keys, from me, they forced me to get into their car where they wanted me to give them large bribes in return for my "freedom". A certain Abdi was the one in blue, with the driver being called Maina if I can recall. A certain skinny man in a suit was also with them , they tried to insinuate that he was a new commander, but that I believe was a lie as the man didn't even know how to drive right, which a man of his stature was excpected to know. THe skinny man drove my car as the G4S personell drove me while taunting me and took me to a hidden spot in Karen where they apparently always took their 'captives'.Finally after threateaning me and causing me serious psychological trauma, they forced me to withdraw them a large amount(11,900 KES) of money from my mpesa account, money they had made me borrow. I am deeply traumatised by this incident and at the same time wonder how many actual criminals they let go one they get the little money they deeply hunger for.

My name is Rukia Lugogo and l have been using G4S as a pickup and sending parcel all along. however, today l was highly disappointed when a random lady who was at the G4s station at Nkrumah Road NSSF Building disrespected me in the highest level ever, she was rude, unprofessional and had no ethics of speaking to clients.

l had to leave my parcel and walk away from the station hoping to collect it the next day. kindly, advice your workers and educate them on how to speak to clients otherwise l will withdraw from using G4S
