Greater Portmore Medical Group Complaints

I am writing to inform the public about DOC'S HOUSE a Medical Facility located at Shop #1, 3 West Henderson Boulevard, Greater Portmore, St. Catherine, Jamaica. This doctor's office also has a Lab. They schedule appointments for you to see a doctor or you can make an appointment to visit the Lab. The Lab opens at 8 am in the morning, unfortunately the cleaning lady does not come in until after 9 am, which means that if you have a 8 am appointment you are entering a facility that has not been cleaned or sanitized from the day before. I had to visit the Facility 2 days consecutively and both days the cleaning lady did not start cleaning until after 9am. Upon arriving she then asks the patients to go outside while she is cleaning...I find this action totally UNACCEPTABLE. We are in the grip of the COVID-19 PANDEMIC, and I think this Doctor's Office should clean and sanitize their facility at the close of each business day. They claim to "Place the well- being of their patients at the center of each interaction". This claim or any other claim of the well-being of their patient's are greatly contradictory to their actions.
