Excessive unreasonable deduction from Security deposit
They're just going to steal your deposit money and when you contact them they provide no details at all.. try not to deal with them at all. The owner Mr Philip takes no responsibility when you call him and just disconnects the call.. the staff has no quotation ready to prove their deduction and says that they will soon send it.
