Hi Q Parklands Complaints

I was at your branch in Parklands last week Friday for fitment of tyres and shocks.
The amount of forced in banging out old shocks left my car with a huge amount of damaged. My car is not drivable at the moment as my steering rack is damaged and my evapcanist which total amounts to R35000 worth of damage quoted by VW.
This is highly unacceptable as I am a single working woman who trusted that the staff know what they were doing. I cannot be expected to fix something of that cost that was never broken in the first place.

The guys need to be trained properly on the cars they work on so they know how much force they can use.

My car now has to stand until we can save enough to fix the damaged caused by your guys.
I would like a response from your head office with regards to this email. I'm not unreasonable would like to find some middle ground. Regards Carmen
