1. Book a specific time. 14:30 - 15:00 for the arrival
2. At 14:55 an automated text sent saying appointment has been change! At no time was this agreed to. Justmop felt they can just manipulate the time as they wish!
3: now 15:30 and they still haven’t arrived

The issue is as follow:
AVOID! If there would be rating with No star - this would be correct one for this company. The cleaners were okeyish, had to be told how to clean and checked after. But the company itself is a bunch of unprofessionals who has no management skills nor hygiene standards.
My last cleaner came in the beginning of September. She broke the glass holder, didn't inform me and I haven't noticed until only the next day. She continued cleaning and left.
The next morning I found out the broken glass and many blood marks on cutlery, living room walls, sofa cushions, books etc. There are many questions: why didn't she inform, why didn't stop cleaning, where were her gloves and more.
For 2 months I've been trying to speak to the manager of this so called company, but there are only call centre agents that are in Asia and don't even know the address of the head office in Dubai. So they never connected me to the manager, none of my emails was answered. And when I went to there office, I found it shut down. I was trying to solve this issue with them, but enough is enough, so I'm posting this review with photos attached for everyone to know: whatever happens during your service with Justmop - you won't fix the issue nor solve any situation. Luckily there are so many other service companies, so go for anything but Justmop.
Especially in Corona times, the site that I have described must never happen.
After I left this comment in Google, one of the managers contacted me. They refunded the amount of the damaged items, but not the cleaning session fee, which was communicated to be refunded.
1 month I'm calling to inquire about this amount and again - no response. It's impossible to get in touch with justmop management team. Maybe there is no any?
