I would like to raise a concern in regards to missing course work and exam marks, I have realized that KCA is treating students unfairly as you get a long list of missing exam marks when doing the clearance. and one is told to register, pay, and do the units again. it is like they do it intentionally so as to milk students' hard-earned money/fees and also time, no matter how one tries to follow up with all the relevant parties, one is just taken in circles it's so wrong, and I think its time this is put to a stop.

am a student at kca university . I had a complain concerning my course work: CAT MARKS, I raised the issue to the lecturer Mrs. Fiona and she promised to take action but in vain, and now that results were out it turns out she never responded ,I now have incomplete and I can't reach her she's been off. I believe you'll be of great help.

Im complaining that i have no course work on logistics support personnel (DPL 501) and i was not give an exam on international logistics management (504)...during the special exam which was done online,there was some power surges that interfered with my exam on procurement ethics and i was forced to submit the exam directly to the lecturers email adress ([email protected])

Can the management kindly advise me on how long it takes to get a refund after a student has cleared everything? My son cleared with all the Departments and was informed to collect the cheque after a week, he did so last Friday,8th June 2018, unfortunately he didn't succeed as he was informed that the system was down. He was asked to go back today 11th June, he did so & waited till afternoon without success, on enquiry he was mistreated & thrown out by the guards.
