Did yourl receive my complain about the food ?
If not then please note the food was disgusting the chips was old looked like yesterday
It was hard and looked like fried on old oil. Then the burger the chicken filet was so small half the size of the bun. The burger had a black ink on it I have no idea what it was it was a instant put off I initially asked for no sauce on the crunch burger under instructions to remove. The sauce was still there. The package was so terrible it’s ridiculous. All other branches i never had a issue with this is second time now KFC workshop is doing this please go and check health and safety of food before I send this picture viral what is the black ink on the bun it was wet !!!!!!!!!!I did not eat the food how can I eat it !!!?could be poison or dangerous Please see pictures!!I have more than one picture.

COMPLAINT #12539 - Product Issues
I ordered and paid for 8pc bucket of chicken in KFC but I only received 6pc bucket meal. I used my card so it has been paid but the driver just left. I only found out about my 2 missing pcs of chicken when I opened the bucket.

Lerato the cashier was very rude, she went to the extent of going to the back and gossiping about us, and one by one the staff members came to see us, when it was us to get the food, she went to the back and said she wants to prepare a special order, we complained to KFC South Africa and requested the footage for the special order she insisted on preparing, but KFC only sent us an acknowledgement, no footage, if KFC is making special orders then why are we eating their food, we are supposed to trust them so to have confidence in them again we need to see what Lerato was doing at the back on the 13th of June 2018 after 19:00. This is the second time I am complaining as I am not satisfied with the reply, I would not advice anyone to go tho that KFC.

Comment Bought 10 dunked wings and 10 wings on 1 Dec 2020 and they were way too dry as if they cooked them weeks ago. Totally unhappy with the purchase and will never return to this branch.
