Kiwithreadz Ltd Complaints

Placed an online order with Kiwithreadz and paid via bank deposit as requested. Following my request for despatch information was told goods had been posted and should take 10-14 days. After 3 weeks I advised I had not received my parcel although I stated I was not overly concerned because of COVID-19 mail delays. There was no response to this communication. I waited another week to say that my parcel had not been received. I have made numerous attempts to contact the proprietor of Kiwithreadz via two different email addresses and the ‘contact us’ page on the website but after two months the proprietor has decided that she will continue to ignore all requests for communication. Almost every email I have sent ends with ‘Please contact me’. What I would like is to receive the goods that I have paid for.
