L'oreal East Africa Limited Complaints

L'oreal East Africa according to the outsourcing company which is CDL has the behavior of delaying payments for it's casual labourers.
I did a single day job which the pay agreement was 1800/=(Offloading) but I was paid online 930/= after a period of 30days but what the supervisor said (CDL) payment is always done after 2 weeks.

I am not the only one having complain but I'm speaking on behalf of many who are casual labourers and are suffering.

They should pay casual labourers on time just the way permanent employees are being paid. Things like offloading should only be paid on the day after the work.

It's quite unfair how the management is handling this. If there's a problem with the outsourcing company CDL then drop it and deal with the labourers by yourself (L'oreal)

My Every Time delay on casual payments, I worked like a month down now and have not yet received my payment. A one week casual payment delaying up to this time, so sad indeed on that.
