On the 26th of November 2020, I bought six assorted pies at the Mafikeng Mall Pie City Kiosk 1, and if my mid seeves me well they amounted to something like R178.00,fortunately I still have the till slip, and the staff member who assisted me is Paballo. It was around something to 5'Oclock. I was with my two children aged 13 and 10 respectively, and as I waited for my purchases to be packed, one of my friends came along we had a chat, and after that immediately went off thinking that my children have taken the packaged pies.
Only to realise when I got home that I have left my pies behind. I live about more than 45km from the the Mafikeng Mall. I would like to know whether I will be able to get my pies if I go and enquire about them,and how will you assist me in that regard.

The company has no pre-order facility yet the drivers carry hamburgers and rolls but refuse to sell because they are destined to a particular business. The official at the other end of their telephone makes no effort in trying to resolve one's concerns. The authority vests entirely with the driver and decides who buys what.
