MAINTAIN SPORTS Complaints

I have been speaking with Ali Rehman of Maintain Sports since June 2020. He has sent me a total of 2 samples. The first sample was a big disappointment even though I expressed to Ali Rehman my expectations, he did well below my standards. He urged me to give him another chance to fulfil my demands. Although we discussed all my corrections at length, he still made the same mistakes and even more on the 2nd sample, he scammed me!. I even told him that if I am disappointed again I will have to terminate our relationship. I gave him my size guide and not one scrub followed the measurements I provided. I told him I wanted all scrub shirts to have a slit on the side to provide more flexibility, and only one of the 3 scrubs had this. The strings on the pants are suppose to be on the outside like the digital mock-up showed and all strings were on the inside of the pants. The pockets on the front of the pants are not aligned or straight which I asked him to correct from the first sample, which he didn’t correct. The back pockets of the scrubs were also far from one another. One particular scrub top had holes in it, showing that the did not look over the scrubs before sending them out and as if they didn’t take their time to make it. He took two months to make only 3 samples, when I was told it will only take a month!!! He’s been ignoring my calls and messages. I am extremely disappointed. With all the mistakes made im not swear they even specialize in scrubs. This is absolutely disappointing and unfair. Not even an apology or empathy from this man. I want ALL my money back. Every single last penny. I want justice for my hard work and patience, since JUNE 2020 and all my money back! ASAP. I will send back all the scrubs because they are of know use to me. How is he verified on Alibaba for a A&C check and Trust Pass Supplier. HOW? That is extremely bad on alibaba’s part for not doing the proper Vedic action because this guy is not good business and I will do whatever it takes to make it known.
